Ellyn Shepard, BSN. heads the provider relations and contracting for AMCC. She has an extensive knowledge in hospital bill audits, case management, disability management and utilization review. The medical management department assists patients in obtaining quality, efficient and cost effective care. The goal is to decrease loss time in the work place and medical expenses without compromising the quality of care. The medical management department is a strong advocate of prevention programs.
